Job Introduction
The Brasserie Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the front of house operations during service, ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role focuses on managing the floor team, coordinating service, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The Floor Manager will work closely with the Brasserie Restaurant Manager to ensure that all service standards are met and that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
