Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Agent and Content Moderator – Join Us in Athens, Greece! NB: EU passport or valid Greek work permit required Are you a strong communicator with a passion for customer service? Or are you fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and interested in working as a Content Moderator Specialist? Do you dream of living and working in one of Europe’s most vibrant countries? We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Greece - either on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in the country (equipment will be provided and shipped to you). 📍 Location: Athens or remote within Greece 🚀 Start Date: As soon as possible About the Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting well-known global brands. You will handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent service across multiple channels. Main Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (frontline support), or perform online/offline content moderation Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements Native-level or C2 proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) Minimum B2 level in English Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges professionally Basic technical skills Experience with social media (SoMe) platforms is considered an advantage.
