44 hours, 6 off days a month
Location: Katong / Joo Chiat
With Food Safety Level 1 Certificate SOA
Preferrably with at least one year experience of working in a bakery
In-charge of producing bakes (artisan bread, tea cakes, danish pastries) for daily operations
Preparing ingredients for bakes
Serving and packaging of finished products
Able to work indepedently
Assist in R&D and new menu items
Ensure food safety and hygiene
Checking stock for items/ingredients
Assist in other ad-hoc task allocated by store manager
