Job Details Job Location: Hillsborough Food House - Hillsborough, NC 27278 Position Type: Full-time 30-40 hours This early morning baker will train through all stations in the process of baking great artisan bread. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Available to work 1am mornings and weekends Read and follow recipes in English Regular, predictable attendance Self-motivation / direction Functional Qualifications: The ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, Bend, twist, and lift 50# repeatedly. Work safely around hot ovens Physical dexterity to hand- shape bread Preferred Qualifications: Food service or commercial baking experience Multilingual a plus Demonstrated ability to work with co-workers from various cultural backgrounds People with a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
