JK Bakery Café is a specialty bakery operating in beautiful Canmore, Alberta in the Canadian Rockies. We operate two successful retail cafes and a wholesale department supplying baked goods to local hotels and restaurants. QUALIFICATIONS:

Bakers Trade certificate, Red Seal or equivalent experience in a similar position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

The Bread Baker helps to produce everyday and artisan bread and buns for our two cafes and our wholesale customers. You are responsible for the production schedule, maintaining set standards and creating new breads when necessary.
Key duties include preparing dough, mixing batters, creating new recipes or closely following existing ones, receiving special orders from customers, adhering to all food quality and workplace safety protocols, and ensuring timely completion of baked products
