Reports to the Bakery Manager. Prepares and bakes artisanal breads, focaccia, and pizzas during overnight production to ensure readiness for daily service. Mixes, ferments, proofs, and bakes doughs according to established recipes and production schedules. Assists with pizza preparation and dough mixing as needed. Maintains a clean and sanitary production area in compliance with Department of Health standards. Works towards mastering all stages of overnight bakery and pizza production. Collaborates closely with the team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and product quality across shifts. Assists Sales Associates when needed and engages with guests interested in learning about bread and pizza production. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
