OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and curiosity for fermentation and different dough practices. This opportunity allows one to work closely with the farmers & millers to help provide feedback, build local food systems and work with high quality grains. This role involves working as part of a team, we look forward to sharing our practices and hope to learn from what the new bakery member brings. Preferred requirements: Some experience mixing, shaping and baking.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $17.49-$24.00 per hour
