Reports to the Bakery Manager. Prepares bread, focaccia, rolls and other bread items for Eataly’s restaurants and retail operations Follows proper proofing and baking techniques for each variety of bread Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards Works towards mastering all shifts and production processes Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about our bread production Performs other duties as required or assigned Pay rate starts at $17.87 - $18 an hour. This is a seasonal part-time position from October 2025 through January 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent part-time or full-time role.
