Responsibilities and Job Description:
Skills, Qualities and Experience:
Experience as a pastry chef or baker in a professional bakery environment is awesome, but we also love to teach new and inexperienced people our craft. A great attitude and a willingness to learn is the most important quality you can bring!
You must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday (trust us, having Mondays off is great!). A normal day will start in the morning and finish early in the afternoon and will be spent in a lovely, French inspired atmosphere that always smells amazing! We are proud to offer our full time team members a fully funded, comprehensive health and dental benefits program.
The entire staff (excluding owners, and we don’t hire managers) share equally in the tip pool which consistently adds $4-$8 per hour worked to each staff member’s daily pay.
