JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Bread/Pastry Baker. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation and production of high-quality bread items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in baking and food safety practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in bread and pastry baking within a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and baking methods.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Must have Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Previous bakery experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
