JOB TITLE: BRAKE PRESS OPERATOR I

• Mark orders as started or completed on DMM
• Set up and operate the spot weld machine, spot weld various parts and deliver them to the appropriate station
• Conduct periodic destructive tests on the weld
  -Set up and operate a variety of machines for fabricating specific parts, e.g.,C6 and SG
• Ensure the long-term integrity of equipment
• Ensure Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental standards
• You Will Reporting to the Production Manager, Fabrication, this position is responsible for spot welding and operating the C6, SG, and Breaks as able and required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

The successful candidate must have Grade 12 or equivalent level of education, basic computer skills, and effective communication/interpersonal skills and be a team player
Candidates with knowledge/experience reading basic wiring schematic symbols will be given preference.
Experience using Amada punch press, Shear and JFY and spot welding preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
