Is seeking an applicant to work with our team of controllers assisting and managing 24-hour Roadside & Recovery based incidents .
We our seeking to join our team -
Breakdown Controller - on a 4 on 4 off basis ( 06.00am -18.00 pm) Based at our offices in Runcorn . We operate mobile service vehicles across the Northwest and North Wales, along with our workshop , attending to commercial vehicle breakdowns, Roadside assistance , vehicle recovery and transport operations.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Reasonable geographical knowledge, ability to deal with multiple tasks, including call handling, assigning jobs.
  • Excellent Customer service skills essential. Planning and the ability to build and maintain relations with both our customers and staff.
  • Previous experience working in a roadside , recovery, transport industry back ground , ideally using Apex RMS, and Excel is an advantage, but not essential as full training available for the right candidate

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred

Responsibilities
  • The successful applicant will work closely along side the operations manager, directors and with our roadside operators and customers, ensuring that incidents are dealt with in a professional manner and meet expectations.
  • You’ll be dealing with communications and monitoring that the incident has been dealt with effectively and in a professional manner.
  • Monitoring kpi’s, updating customers and case building.
  • Have excellent team working skills, and communication
  • Liaising with customers on fault finding and repair options , and updating roadside technicians
