We’re currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Breakfast Ambassador to join our dynamic team and help create memorable mornings for our guests.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Breakfast Ambassador plays a vital role in our guests’ experience by providing a warm welcome and ensuring that the complimentary breakfast area is well-stocked, clean, and inviting. This front-line team member is responsible for food preparation, cleanliness, guest interaction, and maintaining Marriott’s brand standards of service and hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Must be available to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays (shifts typically start between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Food Safety Certification is considered an asset (can be obtained after hire if needed).

• Prepare and present breakfast items, including hot and cold food in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast buffet area throughout service hours.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with any breakfast-related questions or needs.
• Monitor inventory of food and beverages; restock items as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas including tables, counters, food prep areas, and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor or management team.
• Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• Assist with cleaning duties, including dishes, utensils, and garbage disposal.
• Occasionally assist with food orders and deliveries.
