ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead the planning and delivery of high-quality play activities aligned with children’s interests
  • Ensure weekly and daily planning is up to date and well-prepared in advance
  • Conduct and document daily and weekly risk assessments to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Act as the designated Health and Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Maintain tidy, safe, and engaging indoor and outdoor play spaces
  • Liaise effectively with parents and carers on a daily basis
  • Address and manage any parental concerns in accordance with company policies
  • Uphold the club’s positive image and ethos at all times
  • Keep all notice boards up to date and informative
  • Promote equality and inclusion, respecting the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds of families
  • Support children with behavioural challenges in a consistent and compassionate manner
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals

Responsibilities

We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and proactive Club Manager to lead our Breakfast and After School Club for children aged 3 to 11 years. The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager or a confident supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a range of engaging, play-based activities that support the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of children, while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
