We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Manager to oversee our breakfast and lunch service operations. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, with a focus on breakfast service preferred.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
  • Experience as a barista is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
