Breakfast and Prep Chef
A great opportunity, for a Breakfast chef to join this quality country house hotel and gardens
The Head Chef is looking for somebody who has a stable background and who has worked as a breakfast chef in a fresh food pub/3 or 4* hotel environment. You must have worked in a fresh food establishment.
As Breakfast and Prep chef you will be expected to set a high standard in producing a quality breakfast for all guests. Only the finest local produce is used to produce all options at the breakfast table.
As breakfast chef you will need to be organized and work to high standards. All breakfasts are served plated.
You will also work over lunch service ensuring that this is prepped ready for service and work with the team to ensure prep is completed in a timely manner.
