BREAKFAST AND ROOM SERVICE MANAGER FOR ART’OTEL LONDON HOXTON

We are recruiting for one of the coolest opened hotels in Hoxton! Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display, with 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.
As our Breakfast and In-Room Dining Manager, you’ll lead two key guest experiences – breakfast service and in-room dining. You’ll be primarily based in breakfast, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll also oversee the in-room dining team, making sure service is prompt, polished, and aligned with our brand values.

We are looking for our Breakfast and Room Service Manager, who:

• Ensures our Breakfast Operations run a smooth service that makes guests want to return
• Can start at 5:30 am and is fully flexible to work on the weekends
• Will manage the in-room dining operation, supporting the team and maintaining high standards
• Will collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure menu execution and service coordination.
• Can inspire, coach and mentor team members
• Passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations

• Has previous experience in Breakfast and/or Room Service Operations in a hotel set-up
