This is a Fixed-Term Contract | April – August 2026, and you will earn £12.60 per hour, plus service charge! As a Breakfast Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities will greeting our guests with a friendly and warm welcome, seating them for breakfast, explaining our breakfast concept to them and taking hot drink orders. You will also make sure that our breakfast station is kept clean and organised at all times, working closely with the kitchen team to provide an excellent breakfast service to our guests and consistently improving our breakfast scores. Responsibilities

Main duties include greeting guests warmly, seating them for breakfast, explaining the breakfast concept, and taking hot drink orders. The assistant must also maintain cleanliness of the breakfast station and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure excellent service and improve breakfast scores.
