Award Winning, Staybridge Suites Winter Haven - Auburndale is looking for an energetic, guest centric individual to work our breakfast and social hour. We provide an atmosphere that is engaging, fun and team orientated.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot food - Prepare and serve beer and wine, as well as lite bites during our Social Hour
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Answer guest questions and provide information about breakfast options
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with cleaning duties in the breakfast area after service
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
