Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and serving breakfast for hotel guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Set up the breakfast area with all necessary supplies and food items
- Greet guests warmly and provide information about available breakfast options
- Ensure the buffet area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours
- Prepare hot and cold beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including wiping tables and chairs
- Assist in dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment as necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation and handling
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment like coffee makers and toasters
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
