REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is advantageous.
• Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
• A background in culinary arts or barista experience would be beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring that all food items are fresh and appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly, assisting with their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their meal experience.
• Handle food safely and efficiently while following all food preparation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies and reporting any shortages to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with guests and team members, including proficient phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering queries.
