YOUR ROLE:
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be instrumental in creating a memorable morning experience for our valued guests. You’ll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and serving our complimentary breakfast service while ensuring the highest standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Your welcoming demeanor and attention to detail will set the tone for our guests’ day and reflect our commitment to excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup and Breakdown: Prepare and assemble the breakfast buffet before service hours and efficiently break down the area after service
Food Service Excellence: Maintain and replenish all food and beverage items throughout breakfast service, ensuring fresh coffee, properly stocked buffet stations, and appealing food presentation
Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly as they enter the breakfast area, assist with any special requests or dietary needs, and provide information about menu offerings
Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness by clearing tables, cleaning dining areas, and following all food safety protocols and health regulations
Inventory Management: Monitor supply levels and restock items including dishes, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction during the breakfast experience
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and clean breakfast equipment including coffee machines, beverage dispensers, and warming trays according to safety standards
