The Breakfast Attendant plays an important role in ensuring guests start their day with excellent service, a clean dining area, and a well-stocked breakfast presentation. Job Responsibilities Breakfast Service * Prepare and set up the breakfast area according to hotel standards * Ensure all food and beverage items are fresh, stocked, and properly presented * Monitor breakfast service throughout the shift and replenish items as needed * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area during service * Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Guest Service * Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner * Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests * Help create a positive dining experience for all guests * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Kitchen & Cleaning Duties * Clean and sanitize tables, counters, serving areas, and kitchen equipment * Wash dishes and utensils as needed * Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of the breakfast and back-of-house areas * Properly store food and supplies following hotel procedures Inventory & Team Support * Notify management of low inventory or supply needs * Assist with receiving and organizing breakfast deliveries * Support other departments when needed to ensure guest satisfaction * Follow daily checklists and operational procedures Qualifications * Previous food service, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Why Join GLMG Hotels * Opportunity to grow within a leading hospitality management company * Positive and inclusive workplace culture * Hands-on hospitality experience * Work with a company that values its team members and guests * Career advancement opportunities across our hotel portfolio
