We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the breakfast hours. Your primary focus will be on food preparation, presentation, and ensuring a clean and inviting dining area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Kitchen experience including cooking, food preparation, and cleaning is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs.
• Assist guests with food selection and answer any questions regarding menu items.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
