Duties & Responsibilities :

• Learn names and personally recognize our regular customers.
• Wash and sterilize drinkware.
• Clear and reset tables for breakfast.
• Maintain cleanliness in all breakfast area including floors, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
• Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to manager.
• Restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
• Communicate with the cook to plan for a successful shift.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be flexible on hours, including weekends.
