JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment. This role involves food preparation, maintaining the breakfast area, and assisting guests with their needs to create a memorable dining experience.

SKILLS

  • Kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing.
  • Experience in food service roles, including restaurant or hotel settings.
  • Strong communication skills for effective guest interactions and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and dietary guidelines.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with cash handling experience.
  • Guest relations skills to enhance the customer experience during breakfast service.
  • Experience in cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Culinary skills including knife skills, meat cutting, and meal preparation are advantageous.
