Description Our hotel is seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable breakfast experience during their stay. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills. Requirements Responsibilities: Set up the breakfast buffet and ensure that all food items are fresh and presented attractively. Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including clearing tables and wiping counters. Ensure that breakfast items are constantly stocked and replenished. Answer guests' questions about the breakfast menu and hotel services. Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Follow all health and safety regulations when handling food and cleaning. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
