Middle Beach Lodge is looking for a breakfast attendant to complete our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, reliable, and has a strong attention to detail! The breakfast attendant will either work alone or with others in a team, to ensure that our guests enjoy a complimentary buffet style breakfast overlooking the ocean.
The Breakfast Attendant will report to the Breakfast Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager. Preference will be given to individuals willing to sign a 6 month contract.

· Open the lounge and dining room each morning
· Brew coffee and bake pastries for guests
· Refill food and supplies at the buffet as needed
· Maintain proper sanitation of kitchen area and guest spaces throughout shift
· Clean and put away any dishes used while on shift
· Put away deliveries
· Fully clean the kitchen at the end of your shift
· Additional chores as required
