Historic Inn and Conference center in Findlay is hiring for a part time enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant!
You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a delightful breakfast experience. You will prepare and serve breakfast items, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and provide exceptional guest services. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Part time schedule! 5:30am-11:30am 2-3 days a week (Saturday and Sundays are required)

SKILLS

  • Experience in meal preparation and food service is preferred.
  • Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Previous experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
  • Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets quality standards.
  • Monitor food supplies and replenish as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
  • Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems when applicable.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service.
