JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items to our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area.

SKILLS

  • Kitchen experience with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient order processing.
  • Previous experience in banquet service or catering is a plus.
  • Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards in the dining area.
  • Experience as a delivery driver or in food service roles is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective guest relations and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and dietary aide experience is advantageous.
  • Culinary skills including knife skills, cooking, and meal preparation are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold food options, beverages, and condiments.
  • Ensure all food is presented attractively and is in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
  • Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory of food supplies and report any shortages or issues to management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
  • Perform bussing duties as needed to maintain a tidy dining environment.
