This position provides guests with a warm and welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring all food and beverage offerings meet brand and Hotel standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: GUEST EXPERIENCE • Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive breakfast experience. • Maintain buffet presentation, cleanliness, and food replenishment throughout service hours. • Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure dietary accommodations are met. • Promote Hotel's hospitality values in all guest interactions. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. • Assist with setup, serving, and breakdown of breakfast service. • Monitor inventory and report supply needs to management. • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, equipment, and back-of-house prep areas. WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE • Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. • Standing and walking for extended periods required • Must adhere to Hotel's uniform and grooming standards. QUALIFICATIONS • Previous food service with customer service experience preferred. • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices and the ability to obtain a food handler's permit, as required. • Excellent communication and hospitality skills. • Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments. Responsibilities
