To provide an orderly, clean, & enjoyable breakfast environment for our guests Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Previous kitchen skills preferred Food Handlers Permit (Can be obtained once hired) Prioritization and time management skills Accountable and reliable Strong teamwork mentality Requirements Be available and able to work early morning hours Prepare food items including fresh fruit, breads/pastries, operate coffee & Cappuccino machines, etc Operate warm food chaffers Coordinate and take direction from Breakfast Cook in serving and refilling menu items Able to communicate and answer guest questions/requests in English Maintain and restock cold foods including yogurts, whipped toppings, milk, juices, etc Clean and maintain a safe eating environment for the guests according to Health Department requirements Adhere to the policies and procedures in the Company Policy Handbook
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and orderly breakfast environment while preparing food items and operating coffee machines. Coordinate with the Breakfast Cook to serve and refill menu items for guests.
