Are you an early riser and like to have afternoons free? The Element by Westin at Albuquerque Uptown is hiring a friendly and dependable Breakfast Attendant to create a warm, inviting breakfast experience for our guests each morning. As one of the first faces our guests see, this role plays a vital part in setting a positive tone for the day. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, and engaging with guests throughout the service. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and replenish breakfast items in accordance with brand and health standards * Greet guests warmly and assist them during breakfast service * Maintain a clean, organized breakfast area (including tables, counters, and floors) * Monitor inventory, complete prep sheets, and report low stock * Break down and clean all food stations and service equipment after breakfast hours * Follow all local food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols * Assist with other public area cleaning or support tasks as needed * Represent the hotel professionally at all times—SMILE!  What We’re Looking For: Must-Haves: * Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor * Ability to stand, walk, lift (25–50 lbs), and perform repetitive cleaning tasks * Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail * Ability to follow food safety guidelines and maintain a sanitary work environment * Availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays * Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) Nice-to-Haves: * Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles * Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages)
