THE ROLE:

• Part-time with 18-24 hours per week over 3-4 days
• Fri/Sat/Sun availability is a must, only day-time shifts
• You will be supporting our Head Chef in service as a service/ grill/ prep chef and with baking
• Previous experience in serving breakfast and brunch in a busy environment is a must
• We make everything in house so knowledge and previous experience of making ingredients is necessary
  Salary: £14 - £15/hr + tips

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare breakfast/brunch menu at a high quality
• Knowledge of food preparation and mis-en-place organisation
• Maintain professional kitchen cleanliness at all times
