Wake up by the lake! At Inn on Long Lake, we believe breakfast is more than just food — it’s the first impression of the day. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, morning person to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant and help our guests kick-start their day with a smile (and maybe a muffin or two).

We’re a locally owned, 64-room lakeside hotel in Nanaimo, where every room has a view of the water. Our vibe is relaxed, welcoming, and a little bit playful. What You’ll Do

• Set up and serve our complimentary continental breakfast (think coffee, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and more).
• Keep the breakfast area clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Answer questions, help guests with special requests, and brighten their mornings with your friendly attitude.
• Make sure food safety and hygiene standards are always on point.
• Jump in to support your teammates when needed.

Who You Are

• A people person who enjoys chatting with guests and making mornings easier for them.
• Reliable — because the breakfast crew is who gets the whole hotel moving!
• Organized, quick, and able to keep things running smoothly.
• Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right fit.
• Early riser with weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 6:30am start). Transportation required.
