We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef to prepare breakfast and evening meals as part of our in-house service.
Please note: This role requires early starts on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.

• Prepare a wide variety of breakfast items, ensuring high quality and standards.
• Oversee and replenish the buffet station throughout breakfast service, ensuring food presentation is appealing and items are fresh.
• Prepare à la carte breakfast orders as required, ensuring efficiency and meeting guest expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Label food items and manage stock, ensuring items are properly stored and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the preparation for the following day’s service by ensuring all necessary ingredients and items are ready and organized.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service, especially during peak hours.
