Bathen House Hotel are seeking to recruit a motivated, creative and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our small, but passionate team. Bathen House is a 13-bedroom Boutique Hotel that offers a Breakfast 7 days a week using the finest seasonal ingredients from local suppliers presented to a high standard.

• Take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast
• Cooking and managing breakfast service to a high standard
• Demonstrating appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation, stock optimisation and portion control
• Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and will be expected to make sure that the Kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required including the completion of required food hygiene and kitchen records.
