FULL-TIME (40 HOURS)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team and help us deliver a memorable start to the day for our guests. The shifts will be varied between 6:00am-4:00pm and include weekends.
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving all breakfast dishes to the highest standards. They will also be involved in prep work for lunch and dinner and assist in running the lunch shift. This is a crucial position for daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a seamless flow from morning to afternoon.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook both traditional Scottish and continental breakfast items.
  • Manage the breakfast service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all food.
  • Carry out essential prep work for the lunch menu.
  • Work as part of the team to run the lunch service, preparing and plating dishes to order.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, strictly following all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
