About Us

We're a café and restaurant in Dubai Creek Harbour (The Cove), known for fresh, quality breakfast and brunch dishes. We're looking for a skilled, independent Breakfast Chef to lead our morning service.

Responsibilities

• Independently run and manage the full breakfast/brunch shift
• Prepare high-quality dishes (eggs, salads, avocado toast, etc.) to a consistent standard
• Manage kitchen prep, stock, and cleanliness during morning service
• Coordinate with front-of-house for smooth service and order accuracy
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience
• Proven ability to run a breakfast/brunch shift independently
• Strong knowledge of breakfast and café-style cuisine
• Reliable, organized, and able to work early morning hours
• UAE food hygiene certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
