REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Cook, or similar role (preferred).
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency, presentation, and standards are always met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items to order, following company recipes and standards.
• Ensure all dishes are presented to a high standard and served on time.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to support smooth service.
• Uphold company values of quality, consistency, and excellent customer experience.
