We are looking for a Chef to join the Kitchen team here at the Horizon Hotel.
Full time Hours, 5 days over 7. (Some days will be a 7am start)
Must be able to cook Breakfast for up to 60 in house guests.
Provide the public with morning rolls, scones and breakfasts, then assist with Lunch service and help to prep for dinner service.
You should be able to do the following
- follow recipes and presentation specifications
- operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Should be able to follow instruction from head or second chef
- keep accurate records of temperature & deliveries
