  • Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen management.
  • Deliver consistently excellent dishes that reflect our seasonal, Cotswold-focused ethos.
  • Take a lead on ordering, stock control, food safety, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house to ensure a seamless guest experience.
