Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold breakfast dishes to the highest standards
  • Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies
  • Develop and create innovative and delicious dishes, ensuring they complement the overall dining experience
  • Work effectively as part of a Team, collaborating with other Chefs to ensure a smooth service and working closely with the Executive Chef on developments
  • Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the capacity of a Breakfast Chef
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional quality
  • Proficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
