Who we are looking for... You are an early riser and know your way around when it comes to the various breakfast dishes that will delight our guests. You give our guests the perfect start to the day: a spectacular breakfast buffet and fresh egg dishes - prepared by you with love - the day can only be great! What your responsibilities are... You are responsible for the daily stocking of the breakfast buffet with all dishes You prepare fresh egg dishes at our live cooking station in our open show kitchen directly for our guests You communicate openly with our guests and are happy to accommodate special requests You have your mise en place under control and prepare for the next morning every day You carefully prepare room service orders You support other kitchen areas when necessary You always comply with all safety and hygiene regulations You enjoy expanding your knowledge and learning new techniques You regularly give feedback and ideas to your supervisors During the shift you will work closely with the service team You are jointly responsible for cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with HAACP guidelines As a true team player, you enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to help others.
