Your day to day Oversee daily operations by leading the team Upskill and train colleagues Prepare, cook and serve food to the highest standards for the kitchen and banqueting Monitor routine workplace operations Assist in breaking down and setting up various kitchen stations Store stock in compliance with set food safety standards Monitor, control and order new stock Adhere to all regulations in respect of Health and safety, hygiene, guest safety, fire regulations, emergency procedures, etc Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider What we need from you Proven hospitality experience in a commercial kitchen Flexibility with night, weekend and public holiday shifts Leadership experience in kitchen operations​ and the ability to perform all sections competently Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg).
