Responsibilities
Contributing to the day-to-day breakfast service.
Assisting with mis en place as required.
Assisting in the production of staff food.
Ensuring that all buffets are stocked appropriately.
As Breakfast Chef, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts for breakfast begin at 4:30am, so candidates must be able to travel to work during the early hours.
To be a successful Breakfast Chef de Partie candidate, you will ideally have previous experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, preferably with a focus on breakfast service.
