We are looking for a new BRUNCH CHEF to join our team. The usual hours for this job are from around 8/9am - 4/5pm which are great for a proper work / life balance.
Please note - we work on a student calendar so you get Christmas & New Year off! HAUS is busy 7 days a week so we are looking for a chef who can work weekends & midweek, although we will make sure you have the precious days off you need so you are not working every weekend. HAUS is a busy fresh brunch kitchen so we need a candidate used to high volume services.
The rate of pay for this job starts at £13.5 an hour with the opportunity to increase based on experience or service with us over time. .

HAUS is a late night Pizza & Cocktail venue by night that serves incredible freshly made pizza’s & a seasonal brunch menu by day. Everything we do is high quality using the best ingredients. Think small tables & your date night venue. We are an independently run business with a tight-knit team & hands on owners. We love to work with people for the long run & we look after our own, this really is one of the most enjoyable kitchens to work in Manchester. For us attitude is the most important thing so training can be provided for the right candidate.
The candidate will receive a high level of support from the directors, we are hands on owners involved in all the day-to-day running!

The ideal candidate is someone who’s willing to get stuck in with the rest of us. Have a professional attitude without taking themselves too seriously. Being part of the team is imperative. For us, the most important thing is the attitude & willingness to learn, we will prefer a candidate with lesser experience and the right skill set to those more experienced without these traits. Post Coronavirus we are in a rebuilding stage, we will be looking for the candidate to get all our systems back up & running efficiently so we can continue to grow & expand in the future. We are a social group & the atmosphere on shift is always fantastic. We as directors, will go out of our way to do everything we can to help you succeed, all we ask is for the same in return.

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
