Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A BREAKFAST CHEF AT INNTEL HOTELS?

Together with the kitchen team, you will be responsible for our breakfast restaurant, à la carte restaurant Bar & Brasserie Werkspoor, and the banquet rooms used for meetings and events. These diverse hospitality concepts require different approaches and preparations, resulting in varied tasks and a dynamic workday. Your primary focus will be the breakfast buffet, after which you will prepare à la carte lunches. You will also ensure that our meeting and event guests enjoy well-prepared breaks and delicious lunches.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO:

  • Preparing breakfast dishes and setting up the breakfast buffet;
  • Restocking the buffet to ensure guests always have a fresh and varied selection;
  • Working set shifts, typically from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM – ideal if you prefer an early start;;
  • Preparing à la carte lunches and group lunches for events;
  • Keeping your daily plan organised and managing any unexpected challenges effectively;
  • Following HACCP guidelines and maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen environment.
