Local and Aesthetic is a busy cafe/restaurant in Mt Lawley that is open 7 days for breakfast and lunch, and sometimes does after hours functions.
We are currently looking for a qualified and talented Breakfast Chef to join our team. The successful candidate must have a passion for preparing quality food using local and fresh produce.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently and professionally with other chefs,
• Demonstrate an understanding of food, hygiene and safety principles,
• Adhere to House policies and procedures

Skills and Experience:

• Cookery qualifications plus at least 2 years experience in the kitchen a must.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Safe and clean work habits
• Creativity and collaborationo
• Availability 3-4 days per week, initially Saturday, Sunday and Monday, with potential for more shifts
