OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant cooking and food preparation. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. This position requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be supervising kitchen staff and managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar setting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, and kitchen management practices.
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • A passion for cooking, creativity in menu development, and an eye for presentation are highly desirable.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £12.44-£13.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
